Return and refund policy

Return period

14 days from receipt to notify your decision to return. The product must be sent back within a reasonable time.

Conditions

Product in original condition, unused (or reasonable trial), original packaging if possible. Accessories and documents included.

Refund

Within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return, via the same payment method. Return shipping may be at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

Certain legal exceptions (customised products, unsealed for hygiene, etc.) may apply; see product page.

Procedure

1. Contact support (email or contact form). 2. We provide the return address and instructions. 3. Pack and ship with proof of shipment. 4. Inspection then refund.
