Terms and conditions of sale

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of refurbished Dyson products offered on this site. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

Refurbished products

Products are refurbished: tested, cleaned and restored. They come with a commercial warranty as stated on each product page.

Price and VAT

Prices are displayed in the site currency including VAT. Delivery charges may apply as shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is made via TWINT: after ordering, you send the indicated amount to the shop TWINT number, mentioning your order number. Shipping takes place after the seller confirms the payment.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. The customer must provide an accurate delivery address.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU and Swiss law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact us and return the product in its original condition. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Warranties

In addition to legal warranties, our refurbished products come with a commercial warranty as detailed on the product page.

Liability and disputes

Our liability is limited to the order amount. In case of dispute, we will seek an amicable solution. Applicable law: Switzerland / EU as per the publisher's seat.
